Thank you for your interest in participating in Eclipse Over Texas – Live from Waco STEAM Zone!
Here are the event details:
- Event Date & Time: Monday, April 8, 2024 | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Event Location: McLane Stadium Touchdown Alley Practice Football Field – 1001 MLK BLVD., Waco, TX 76704
- There is no registration fee for those hosting a booth in the STEAM Zone.
- Please note that all booth hosts must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs.
- Electricity will not be available.
- Each booth space is 10×10. If you need a larger space, please put that in Additional Comments and Requests, and we will be in touch.
- Booths must be set up by April 8th, 7:30am. Set-up will begin on Sunday, April 7th.
